These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wallet Log mobile application ("Application") and any related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Application.
Wallet Log is a personal finance tool designed for manual expense and income tracking. The Application is provided for informational and personal use only. The Application does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the data provided in the Application.
The Application operates on a Freemium model:
Free version:
- A maximum of one (1) transaction per day.
- A maximum of five (5) expense categories.
- A maximum of ten (10) subcategories.
Premium version:
Users with an active subscription gain access to unlimited daily transactions and unlimited categories/subcategories.
Detailed information about current subscription prices and trial periods is provided on the Paywall screen within the Application and in the App Store.
All billing and payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. Subscription renewals and cancellations must be managed through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process refunds directly; any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Data storage: Your financial data is stored and synchronized using Supabase cloud infrastructure.
Security: We use industry-standard measures to protect your data stored via Supabase.
Responsibility: While we strive to ensure the availability of your data, you are responsible for maintaining your
own records. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, application errors, or issues
related to the cloud infrastructure provider.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
- Attempt to bypass the daily transaction or category limits.
- Use the Application for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with the operation of the Application or its cloud infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallet Log and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
