Password Recovery

If you forgot your password for Wallet Log, you can reset it securely using the password reset flow directly in the app.

How to reset your password

1. Open Wallet Log on your device.
2. On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions.
5. After setting a new password, return to the app and log in with your updated credentials.

For security reasons, password reset links are time-limited and can only be used once. If the link expires or does not work, repeat the steps above to request a new link.

Did not receive the email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address for your Wallet Log account.
• Ensure that your mailbox is able to receive new messages.
